Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Use different sourcing methods like job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
- Connect with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for further assessment.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and skills in the position.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct in-depth in-person interviews for various roles to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Verify references and employment history of potential candidates.
- Follow up with candidates during the hiring process and send acceptance or rejection emails.
- Offer jobs to accepted candidates for the hiring process progresses.
- Analyze data and create reports on quarterly and annual hiring strategies.
- Monitor hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and recruitment sources.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on interview methods and evaluation techniques.
- Organize and attend and engage in job fairs.
- Manage a database of all applicants and potential candidates to monitor recruitment effectiveness and for future job opportunities.
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 - 7 years of experience in same field
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
- Hands-on experience with the largest, professional and niche websites like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.
- Knowledge of sourcing and effective techniques to select blue and white collars
- Good experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates qualifications
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Very good written and verbal communications skills
- Team spirit
- Excellent English language and computer skills
