Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical and commercial liaison between clients and internal engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
Analyze client requirements and develop tailored technical solutions that align with commercial objectives and industry standards.
Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective and existing clients.
Conduct detailed market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the electrical and electronic industries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product offerings based on client feedback and market demands.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial inquiry through delivery and post-sales support, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely and successful completion.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Provide technical training and support to sales teams and clients as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of proven experience in a technical commercial engineering role within the electrical or electronic industries.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge technical and commercial functions, delivering solutions that meet both client needs and business objectives.
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic products, systems, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in preparing technical documentation, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
