Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management team to craft the company s vision and mission.
  • Organize workflow and ensure that employees in the workshop understand their duties and delegated tasks.
  • Monitor productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Follow up on the workshop to ensure that repairs are carried out within promised delivery time & estimated cost.
  • Receive complaints and resolve problems.
  • Follow up on inspections & test drives vehicle on which repairs are performed.
  • Supervise the processes to ensure maximum efficiency in the workshop.
  • Returns those vehicles failing the quality control inspection to the technician who performed work.
  • Provides the technicians with an accurate description of the reasons for returning the vehicle to them & assist/ guide them to solve the problem.
  • Proper utilization of service facilities e.g. equipment, SST. Manuals, .etc.
  • Ensures that proper maintenance is carried out on equipment, assigned to the staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BSc. of Automotive Engineering or relevant field
  • Proven experience as a workshop engineer in service centers more than 3 years
  • Very good in English language
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Aptitude in communication and interpersonal skills internally and externally
  • Well-organized with excellent leadership qualities
