Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Staff Leasing Executive to manage the end-to-end staff leasing process within its dealer network. The role focuses on sales, leasing applications, customer engagement, compliance, and trade cycle management. The successful candidate will support the Account Relationship Manager in delivering leasing growth targets while ensuring compliance with company standards and exceptional customer experience.

Core Duties
* Manage leasing sales process across the automotive dealer network, ensuring timely turnaround (TAT) targets are achieved
* Liaise with dealer sales teams, provide regular performance reports, and ensure accurate documentation flow between departments
* Oversee trade cycle management including solicitation, renewals, and retention of leasing customers
* Prepare Lease Delivery Notes, coordinate with sales for registration documents, and update records with Hertz/AFF teams
* Ensure compliance with SOPs, KYC, and anti-money laundering guidelines in all leasing processes
* Maintain accurate customer data on C4C/CenterPoint systems
* Act as a consultant to showroom brand teams, supporting customer engagement and sales growth
Candidate Requirements
* Strong knowledge of leasing processes, systems, and compliance standards
* Experience in automotive leasing or finance products such as residual value (RV)-based leasing
* Ability to manage renewals, end-of-term processes, and customer retention
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
* Strong MS Office skills with quantitative and analytical ability
* Prior experience in UAE automotive sales preferred
