Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized care plans that address individual health needs and preferences.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and monitoring for any adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes through effective communication and shared decision-making.
• Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications to empower informed choices.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.

2. With or without MOH license at least with a Passed Prometric Exam

3. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) for emergency preparedness.

4. A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting, showcasing hands-on expertise.
