Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care and monitoring vital signs.

Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Monitor patient progress and document nursing assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately.

Educate patients and families on health management, post treatment care and preventive practices.

Ensure infection control protocols and hospital safety policies are strictly followed.

Assist during medical procedures and respond promptly to emergencies.

Maintain up to date patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with hospital standards.
