Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and international standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical conditions, and report changes promptly
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records
- Assist doctors during procedures and provide pre- and post-operative nursing care
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control, patient safety, and quality protocols
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and recovery procedures
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Follow hospital policies, ethical guidelines, and professional nursing standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant nursing experience
- Age limit: Up to 35 years
- Willingness to work in Kuwait healthcare settings
- Dataflow / Primary Verification can be completed before or after selection
