Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Monitor patient progress, report changes to the physician, and take appropriate nursing action when necessary.

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post-discharge care, and health maintenance.

Ensure infection control, patient safety, and adherence to clinical best practices at all times.
