Job Responsibilities:
Prepare dialysis equipment and machines before each session
Assess patient condition before, during and after dialysis
Monitor vital signs and patient responses throughout treatment
Administer prescribed medications related to dialysis care
Handle and manage dialysis complications (hypotension, cramps, etc.)
Maintain accurate treatment records and patient documentation
Follow strict infection control and safety protocols
