Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care based on individualized assessment and care plans.
Monitor patient condition, vital signs and report changes to the medical team.
Administer medications, treatments and injections as prescribed by physicians.
Assist in medical procedures and emergency response when required.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and clinical activities.
Educate patients and families on health maintenance, post treatment care and medication.
Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed.
Collaborate with doctors, therapists and fellow nurses to deliver high quality care.
