STAFF PHYSICIAN PEDIATRIC NEONATOLOGY

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Under Consultant supervision, participates in providing critical care for the patients in NICU, SCBU, ICN, postnatal wards and Neonatology clinic.2. Prepares and participates in the daily routines in the unit, patient s assessment and unit rounds.3. Provides hospital wide consultations under the supervision of the attending Consultant Neonatologist.4. Shares the on-call duty for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as per department policy.5. Participates in regular Department and/or NICU educational activities.6. Participates in research project within the department.7. Follows all hospital related policies and procedures.8. Performing other appropriate tasks and duties as directed by the Department Chairman or Consultant.
