Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Staff Product Manager , you will lead the services that power the foundation of Tabby's banking platform . In this role, you'll be responsible for shaping and optimizing core financial infrastructure, from wallets and accounts to funds transfers, ledgers, and invoicing systems . You will guide the platform's evolution by striking the right balance between stability, compliance, and innovation , paving the way for the next generation of Tabby's FinTech products.

What you will be doing
Develop and prioritize the billing and accounting product roadmap in line with strategic goals.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams, engineering, finance, compliance, and product, to deliver reliable, customer-friendly solutions.
Oversee delivery and improvement of ledger and billing platform features, supporting cross-country / product/ currency transactions.
Automate accounting and billing cycles; integrate with ERP and reporting systems.
Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs to strengthen the platform's reliability, observability, and automation to support scale.
Contribute to the platformization approach, enabling self-service tools and clear processes across the Billing domain.

What you will need

Hard Skills:
4+ years of experience in product management for Fintech, Billing, or Payments Systems.
Strong Understanding of billing, settlements, ledgers, accounting cycles, and ERP systems.
Proven track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives across different domains.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a platform mindset (building scalable, reusable solutions).
Solid technical grounding, ability to read/write SQL, define observability metrics, and work closely with engineers.

Soft Skills:
Structured & Analytical Thinking → ability to break down complex finance/ledger flow.
Cross-Functional Leadership → comfortable aligning Finance, Engineering, and Compliance with a strong focus on end result.
Clear Communication → can translate financial jargon into product roadmaps and specs.
Resilience & Adaptability → thrives under pressure and fast-changing priorities.
