SETS is on the look for a Stage Gates Officer to join its Planning and Portfolio Department in Madinah. The jobholder reports to the Planning and Portfolio Director.

• Prepare initial designs, determine bridge and culvert locations, their directions and capacities, and locate retaining walls on roadsides Study available materials, determine their properties, select the best for paving layers, design paving layers, and specify types, thicknesses, and components
• Analyze aerial images, topographic maps, hydrological, geological, and environmental reports related to road projects, study route alternatives, and select the most suitable route
• Prepare and manage documents and reports related to engineering work and project progress, present and clarify them, and store them in the database according to approved policies and procedures
• Develop work methods and procedures, stay updated with technological advancements
• Monitor road project implementation and ensure specifications are met
• Work with stakeholders to ensure adherence to the Stage Gate Model as per the project management guide

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience
• Bachelor s degree in engineering or related field from an accredited university
• Thorough understanding of project stages (Study, Design, Tender, Implementation, Preliminary and Final Acceptance)
• PMP, CAPM from PMI
• PRINCE2 from Axelos
• Construction Project Management (PMI-CP)
• Certified Business Professional in Project Management (CBP)
• Fundamentals of Engineering (FE)
• Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP),Certified Cost Professional (CCP) from AACE
• Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
