Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expertly fabricate stainless steel components from blueprints, sketches, and specifications, ensuring precise dimensions and angles for seamless assembly.
  • Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, achieving strong, clean welds that meet stringent quality standards and pass visual inspections.
  • Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces, skillfully removing imperfections and ensuring optimal weldability.
  • Operate and maintain welding equipment, including TIG welders, grinders, and cutting tools, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education and commitment to learning.

  • Holds a recognized welding certification (e.g., AWS) with a specific focus on TIG welding stainless steel, showcasing proven welding proficiency.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in stainless steel fabrication and TIG welding within the manufacturing or construction sectors, indicating practical knowledge.

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of stainless steel grades, their properties, and welding techniques, highlighting specialized expertise.


Candidate should have 5 years’ experience in S/S Fabrication field such as Custom fabricated metal furniture’s, Handrails, Balustrades, Aluminum Railings, grills etc. Knowledge of Tig/organ/ARC welding must
