Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The Stakeholder Manager will be the primary contact with all external parties and will meet, discuss and understand their needs and issues and manage their expectations.
  • Manage interfaces and ensure approvals and permits are sought and obtained for all aspects of the project.
  • Track authority approvals, monitor progress, escalate issues when required, expedite processes, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Stakeholder Engagement Plan according to the specific SM requirements (Authority Standards & Regulations, Track Published Amendments / Changes, Monitor the Authority Road Map, Authority Engagement & Approvals, Risks & Issues LOGs & where applicable Lesssons Learnt)
  • Serve as the main point of communication with the client on all authority-related matters.
  • Issue Stakeholder Reports according to the Communications Plan & Contract Requirements.
  • Experience with Saudi authorities and relevant government bodies is essential.

Internally

  • Ensure Hill management and program staff are updated on any changes affecting the project.
  • Distribute executive messages, prepare presentations and internal memos, and conduct meetings to share information effectively.
  • Provide communications/reports to the Project Director.

Externally:

  • Represent the program to stakeholders and interested parties.
  • Develop and distribute materials that may explain or convey the programs policies or position on issues.
  • Exporting of As-Built files in the customer-required format.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in Arabic and basic English language is desirable
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with regulatory procedures, approvals, inter-agency coordination, developer interface, and public outreach/public relations management.
  • Proven experience working closely with government departments, including municipal authorities, civil defense, utilities, and other regulatory bodies in Saudi Arabia.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ex Public Sector Employee Preferred
