Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Facilitate the customer journey by managing appointment scheduling, reception processes, and timely customer follow-up.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a positive brand image.
Coordinate with Sales team to ensure smooth communication and consistent customer service delivery.
Ensure showroom readiness at all times, including hospitality setup, ambience checks, and alignment with Mercedes-Benz Retail Standards.
Update customer records, interactions, and follow-up actions in CRM systems with accuracy and attention to detail.br> Ensuring accurate documentation and timely escalation of concerns.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
-
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience:br> 0-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or customer experience roles, preferably within a premium brand environment.Fresh graduates with strong communication and presentation skills may also be considered.br>Knowledge & Skills:br> Strong understanding of customer service operations and premium service standards.br> Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.br>Personal Attributes:br> Customer-oriented with a polished and professional appearance.br> Proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality service.br> Strong sense of responsibility and adherence to brand values.br>
