Job Description

• Adhere to ANABEEB Safety and Quality Policies, Rules and Regulations, as well Clients specific policies.
• Managing a project budget and forecasting budgetary requirements.
• Financially responsible for the works hes supervising.
• Orientation on job site and identify the requirement of special resources.
• Arranging and Distributing of resources.
• Manage and direct the execution of the work in a cost-effective manner.
• Setting strategic long and short-term project/Department goals and evaluating outcomes.
• Motivating and inspiring staff and facilitating personal growth.
• Ensuring high levels of productivity are maintained.
• Ensuring the highest levels of quality are met.
• Communicating job expectations to staff.
• Managing consumable wastage.
• Evaluate proper tool usage.
• Fostering a productive working environment.
• Having good relation with the client and make sure team work is maintained.

SKILL(S) & ABILITIES

Essential

• Demonstrated proficiency using standard MS Office

application.

• Excellent in English both in oral and written

communication skills.

• Good project management skills with the ability to

prioritize resolve problems and contribute to the

maintenance of high technical workforce.
