STATIC PROJECT LEADER

 Client of Al Sayed Staffing Solution 

Responsible for leading and coordinating the execution of static equipment installation, maintenance, overhaul, and commissioning activities in accordance with Aramco standards, project specifications, and international codes. Ensures safety, quality, and schedule compliance for all static works.

• Plan and manage static equipment activities for shutdowns, turnarounds, and greenfield projects
• Supervise teams for dismantling, reassembly, alignment, and testing of static equipment
• Review engineering drawings, P&IDs, vendor manuals, and project specifications
• Coordinate with QC, HSE, Planning, Procurement, and Operations teams
• Ensure PTW, LOTO, JSA, and risk assessment compliance at all times
• Monitor torqueing, bolt tightening, gasket replacement, and flange management
• Supervise hydro testing, pneumatic testing, and commissioning of static equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical guidance to supervisors and technicians
• Maintain project reports, daily progress, manpower allocation, and equipment logs
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
