STATIC SUPERVISOR

 Client of Al Sayed Staffing Solution 

Responsible for supervising installation, inspection, maintenance and repair of static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, tanks, filters, reactors and piping systems. Ensures safety compliance and job completion according to project schedule, PTW/LOTO, and quality standards.

• Supervise teams for overhaul and replacement of static equipment
• Plan daily job activities and manpower allocation during shutdown/TAR
• Review engineering drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, and vendor manuals
• Ensure safe execution of jobs under PTW, JSA, risk assessment and LOTO
• Monitor fabrication, fit-up, equipment alignment and hydro testing
• Ensure torqueing, bolt tightening, gasket selection & flange management
• Coordinate with QC, Planning, HSE, Rigging & Operations teams
• Prepare daily progress reports and highlight job restraints
• Troubleshoot faults during commissioning and startup activities

• Gas testing awareness during vessel entry
