Statistics Engineer

Main Missions:

• Organize and develop management control tools, primarily in the areas of budgets, plans, variance analysis, cost analysis, and dashboards, within the company, at both the central and operational levels, in line with its evolving needs and requirements.
• coordinate the budgetary process for the Resources components mentioned above and ensure internal consistency of objectives with regard to the Company's strategy, commitments and capabilities
• to prepare the annual budgets and periodic dashboards for the shutter company

Duties (tasks and responsibilities):

• To take into account any risk that could compromise the achievement of assigned objectives and to implement appropriate actions in response to risks and opportunities that impact compliance with requirements, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken
• Participate in the development of procedures governing the budgetary process and ensure their application
• Participate in the development and implementation of planning and management control tools
• Coordinate the budget preparation process and provide the necessary support to the company's various departments.
• Consolidate budgets and monitor their implementation
• Conduct periodic, detailed analyses of discrepancies and recommend corrective measures.
• to periodically develop a quantitative and qualitative dashboard enabling the monitoring of the performance of the company's structures and decision-making
• Analyze the performance and trends of the various management indicators

Recruitment conditions:

• General education: INPS state engineer or equivalent
• Professional training: Training in Management Control
• Professional experience: 5 years
