Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support offshore engineering and shipbuilding/conversion projects through planning, execution, and monitoring. Prepare and review technical drawings, material take-offs, and basic engineering calculations.
  • Collaborate with fabrication, welding, blasting, painting, and scaffolding teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards during site activities.
  • Track project progress, maintain documentation, and provide reports for yard and offshore operations.
  • Assist in project mobilization, installation, and commissioning phases

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Marine, Offshore Engineering, or related fields from a premier institute.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in ship repair and/or offshore construction (freshers are welcome to apply).
  • Familiarity with ship systems, offshore structures, or marine equipment preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in multi-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
