Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of steel erectors in the assembly and installation of steel frameworks.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings.
Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulations.
Coordinate with site managers and other trades to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed work.
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Steel Erector or Foreman.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Physical fitness to work at heights and handle heavy materials.
