Design and develop steel fabrication processes and workflows to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and material lists for steel structures and components.
• Oversee the fabrication and assembly of steel structures, ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise installation activities to guarantee adherence to design and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and implement corrective actions to resolve technical challenges.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and fabrication schedules.
• Ensure all fabrication activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to source quality materials and manage inventory efficiently.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation for internal and client review.

• Minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in steel fabrication engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing steel fabrication projects from design through execution.
• Strong understanding of steel structures, fabrication techniques, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and quality control processes.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work on-site as required by project demands.
