Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct structural assessments and evaluations of existing steel frameworks, recommending upgrades or reinforcements as necessary.
- Document and report on project progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders regularly, maintaining clear communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into steel structure projects.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise to resolve engineering challenges as they arise.
- Utilize advanced software tools, such as AutoCAD and SAP2000, for drafting and modeling steel structures accurately.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a focus on steel design and construction.
Proficiency in structural analysis software, such as ETABS, RISA, or similar tools for effective design.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all engineering calculations and documentation.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, specifically with steel structures in commercial projects.
Experience working in the construction and engineering industry, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
G+4 Dubai Municipality.
