Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

include, but are not limited to

  • Develop and implement engaging and effective curriculum for all STEM programs, aligned with national standards.
  • Work with a team of STEM instructors, providing coaching and professional development opportunities, where required.
  • Deliver the program with finesse, providing student feedback reports, ensuring student development.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the STEM program associated with, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning environment.
  • Create a strong brand identity for the STEM program through innovative program development and community outreach.
  • Stay current on the latest trends and advancements in STEM education.
  • Foster a love of learning and a growth mindset in students of all ages and abilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors' / Masters' degree in Engineering / CS .

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience teaching STEM programs including coding / robotics
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging and age-appropriate STEM curriculum.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire a love of learning and critical thinking in students.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology.
