CodeBrave is seeking a motivated and passionate STEM Teacher Trainer to join our team. Required Skills
Bachelor s degree in Education, with Masters degree highly desirable
Knowledge of block-based and text-based coding languages
At least 3 yrs of experience in teaching, training, or educational facilitation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and educational approaches
Demonstrated organisational and time-management skills
Enthusiasm for promoting STEM education and fostering a passion for coding and robotics

Areas Of Responsibility
Train local school teachers on CodeBrave s STEM curriculum and Teaching Methodology for delivering 21st century skills to K-12 students; coach the school teachers as they independently deliver classes at their schools. Trainings may be in person or online, depending on need.
Evaluate and identify training gaps and continuously update teacher training material.
Support on the creation of online teacher training resources as required.
Support on the collection and analysis of data for monitoring and evaluation.
Support with project management tasks as assigned by the Teacher Training Manager.

Attend onboarding and training in preparation to become a Teacher Trainer.
