About the Role

Join the pre-opening team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, where world-class luxury meets sustainable design and personalized service. As a Steward, you will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all food and beverage areas, ensuring the highest standards of sanitation are met to support smooth culinary operations and outstanding guest experiences.

What You Will Do

Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash pots, pans, and kitchen tools.
Ensure garbage is separated and disposed of properly; maintain waste management areas.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and stewarding storage areas.
Support culinary and service teams by ensuring timely provision of clean tools and equipment.
Follow Four Seasons and local safety protocols, including chemical handling and PPE use.
Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen deliveries as needed.
Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to supervisors.

What You Bring

Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen operations is preferred but not required.
Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Positive attitude and a strong team spirit.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Fluency in English is preferred. Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
