Position Overview
Accor is hiring a Stewarding Supervisor to lead kitchen and back-of-house cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in a luxury hotel environment. This role involves managing the stewarding team, overseeing dishwashing operations, maintaining hygiene standards, managing cleaning inventories, and ensuring full compliance with food safety and local regulations. You will work closely with culinary and F&B teams to support seamless operations and deliver exceptional service standards.

What You ll Do

* Supervise daily stewarding operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization across all kitchen and F&B sections.
* Manage, schedule, and train stewarding staff, fostering a high-performance and respectful work culture.
* Oversee dishwashing operations and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and kitchen equipment.
* Implement HACCP, sanitation, and safety procedures in compliance with food safety regulations.
* Conduct regular inspections of kitchens, storage areas, and equipment to maintain readiness for health inspections.
* Coordinate with Head Chef, Chief Steward, and F&B teams to support kitchen and event operations.
* Manage waste disposal and recycling according to sustainability commitments and local laws.
* Support service periods by ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to operational standards.

Ideal Profile

* Previous supervisory experience in stewarding within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
* Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols.
* Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and dishwashing machinery.
* Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
* Good communication skills and basic computer literacy.
* Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
