Position Overview:


As Stewarding Supervisor at Accor Dubai, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations within the stewarding team, maintaining impeccable cleanliness, and ensuring full compliance with hygiene protocols across all kitchen and food service areas. This leadership role requires strong operational coordination, effective people management, and a commitment to safety and sustainability.

What You ll Do:

* Lead and supervise the daily activities of stewarding staff
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and food service areas
* Ensure compliance with sanitation and hygiene protocols, including HACCP procedures
* Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment
* Oversee waste management and recycling in line with regulatory standards
* Coordinate closely with the culinary and F and B teams to support daily and event operations
* Conduct regular inspections of back-of-house areas and dishwashing equipment
* Support training, performance evaluations, and scheduling of stewarding personnel
* Foster a positive and respectful work culture aligned with Accor values

Ideal Profile:

* Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a stewarding supervisory role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or resort
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
* Familiarity with kitchen cleaning equipment and dishwashing systems
* Basic computer literacy and clear communication skills
* Proven ability to manage inventory and staff scheduling
* Committed to safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
