Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensuring all kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces are clean and sanitized.

To be part of the stewarding team to uphold high standards of hygiene and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations.

Maintain organization and proper storage of all cleaning materials and chemicals.

Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to support smooth service operations.

Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and stewarding equipment.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort (one Year)

willing to accommodate all tasks.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP certification is a plus).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
