Role Overview

Stimulation Operator and Senior Stimulation Operator positions to support offshore well intervention and stimulation operations. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing stimulation treatments to optimize well productivity and reservoir performance. You will design and apply acidizing, fracturing, and matrix stimulation programs tailored to carbonates, sandstones, and mixed formations, using modeling tools such as STIMPRO and FRACPRO. You will operate and supervise high-pressure pumping units, manage frac pumps, blenders, hydration units, chemical additive systems, and data vans, and ensure all operations are executed in compliance with company safety and operational standards. The position requires close collaboration with rig management, drilling and well engineers, and other service providers, as well as accurate reporting through daily updates, post-job summaries, and lessons-learned documentation. A strong commitment to operational excellence, safety, and HSE compliance is essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced professionals to plan, design, and supervise stimulation operations, including acidizing, fracturing, and matrix stimulation treatments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed stimulation programs, fluid designs, job tickets, and operational plans while working closely with rig management, drilling and well engineers, and other service providers. You will operate and supervise high-pressure pumping units capable of handling pressures up to 15,000-20,000 psi, troubleshoot downhole and surface issues, and recommend contingency procedures to ensure operational success. The role requires a solid understanding of acid, slickwater, and gel-based systems, including mixing ratios and fluid compatibility. A strong focus on HSE compliance and adherence to rig permit-to-work systems is essential. The role also involves preparing comprehensive post-job reports, daily operational records, and lessons-learned documentation to support continuous improvement and safe, efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Stimulation Operator: 3-5 years' hands-on experience in stimulation operations (acidizing, fracturing, matrix treatments)
• Senior Stimulation Operator: 5+ years' experience with demonstrated leadership in offshore stimulation operations
• Experience with high-pressure pumping systems (15,000-20,000 psi)
• Proficiency in STIMPRO and FRACPRO modeling software
• Strong understanding of acid, slickwater, and gel-based systems; knowledge of mixing ratios and compatibility
• Experience operating frac pumps, blenders, hydration units, chemical additive systems, and data vans
• Offshore certification and safety training up to date
