Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Enter all product information, pricing, SKU codes, and vendor details into the system with high accuracy.
- Record all stock movements, including product arrivals, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and movement reports.
- Assist in physical stock counts and help reconcile any system discrepancies.
- Tag, label, and barcode new products as per store guidelines.
- Maintain organized documentation for all deliveries, receipts, and stock transactions.
- Coordinate with the merchandising, operations, and finance teams to ensure consistent and reliable data.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in stock control, inventory management, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive and dependable attitude
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo or other inventory management tools is a strong advantage
