Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of materials and finished goods.
- Receive, inspect, and record all stock transactions accurately.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed stock reports, highlighting shortages, surpluses, and variances.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Sales departments to meet inventory needs.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of all stock items.
- Track material usage, stock movement, and waste reduction.
- Maintain and update inventory records using software (ERP) or Excel.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent.
- Proven experience of 2 5 years in inventory/stock management, preferably in manufacturing, furniture, kitchen, or dressing room production.
- Strong knowledge of stock control, inventory tracking, and reporting.
- Experience in monitoring material costs, stock levels, and minimizing waste.
