Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and manage daily stock levels to ensure sufficient supply for operational needs.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
Track incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate documentation and proper handling.
Coordinate with the purchasing department regarding stock requirements and reordering.
Maintain organized records of inventory transactions, receipts, and stock adjustments.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of stock to maintain quality and reduce waste.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
Investigate and resolve inventory variances promptly.
Implement and follow internal inventory control procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
Proven experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory or Warehouse Officer, or similar role.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
