Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and validate automated production reports, ensuring consistency with shop floor records.
Collect and consolidate production data from supervisors and enter it into the ERP system.
Maintain accurate production tracking files for all machines and production lines.
Generate daily production summaries based on collected and analyzed data.
Monitor production performance against planned targets and address any variances.
Identify and report discrepancies in production and inventory data to management.
Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly inventory and stock reports.
Organize, label, and manage stock to ensure proper storage and inventory accuracy.
