Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and organize physical stock counts (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)
- Label, reference, and categorize stock items by category and sub-category
- Ensure accurate ERP stock bookings, including:
- Goods receipt
- Internal transfers
- Production transactions
- Stock adjustments
- Manage and update BOMs and production consumption
- Reconcile physical stock with ERP balances and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain clean and accurate item master data
- Prepare stock reports and support audits and period-end counts
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure stock accuracy
Desired Candidate Profile
2 5 years of experience in stock or inventory administration
Proven experience in physical stock counts and stock organization
ERP system proficiency (Odoo is a strong advantage)
Experience booking production, BOMs, and inventory movements
Strong Excel skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in clothing manufacturing or fashion industry
Knowledge of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods workflows
Experience working in multi-location inventory environments
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Hands-on and proactive
Reliable, disciplined, and process-driven
Comfortable working between warehouse and office environments
