Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming merchandise and supplies.

  • Organize and maintain stock in designated storage areas, ensuring items are properly labeled and easily accessible.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages to management.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with records.
  • Prepare and process outgoing stock for transfers, returns, or deliveries.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the stockroom and storage areas.
  • Assist in implementing inventory control procedures to minimize loss and damage.
  • Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to fulfill store requirements efficiently.
  • Utilize inventory management systems to update stock movements and generate reports.
  • Support periodic audits and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

1-3 years of experience in stock keeping, inventory management, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with inventory control systems and stock management processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items as required.
  • Effective communication skills for coordination with team members.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and inventory software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, under limited supervision, and on-site.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly workplace.
