Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To ensure the proper receiving, storage, issuance, and control of all food and beverage items in compliance with company policies and hygiene standards. The Stock Keeper maintains accurate inventory records and ensures that all stock movements are properly documented to support smooth Vending Machine operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming food and beverage supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Ensure all received items are of the correct quantity, quality, and within expiration limits.
- Store food and beverage items in appropriate conditions (dry store, chilled, or frozen) according to food safety standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using the company s inventory system.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and report any discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing department to replenish items as needed.
- Issue food and beverage items to all vending machines upon authorized request.
- Ensure cleanliness, order, and hygiene are maintained in all storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Report any damages, spoilage, or loss immediately to the supervisor
- Comply with all safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree or diploma in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
