Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Control of the stock management and stock status procedures
- Establish the different stock levels
- Ensure the smooth running of weekly stock movements and periodic and annual inventories.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines when performing tasks.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained (organization, presentation, cleanliness)
- Ensure the receipt and physical quality and quantity control of the raw materials/prepared materials according to the purchase order, invoice, or delivery note.
- Ensure stock records are kept up to date and delivery notes are checked.

Desired Candidate Profile
Level: Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in management science, accounting and finance, auditing and management control
Proficient in Excel: Very advanced, with strong writing skills
Masters the control, process, and inventory management and stock status.
Experience: Minimum three (03) years in the field of management control
