Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Inventory management
- Ensure rigorous stock management: entries, exits, transfers.
- Set up and monitor regular inventories (cycle and general).
- Ensure the accuracy of stock data in the computer system (ERP).
- Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify the causes and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure stock rotation (FIFO, FEFO depending on the products).
- Ensure the availability of products for production or sales needs.
Supply
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels.
- Issue purchase requests or alert suppliers in case of imminent shortages.
- Collaborating with the purchasing department to optimize supply times.
- Participate in planning needs based on production.
Store organization
- Organize storage according to safety and hygiene standards (depending on the sector).
- Optimize storage space and internal workflows.
- Supervise the storage, labeling, coding and identification of products.
- Ensure that the handling equipment is functioning correctly.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience required
- 3 Years
Diploma required
- Bac +2 to Bac +4 in Logistics, Supply Chain, Stock Management or equivalent.

- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
