Roles & Responsibilities

Inventory management

  • Ensure rigorous stock management: entries, exits, transfers.
  • Set up and monitor regular inventories (cycle and general).
  • Ensure the accuracy of stock data in the computer system (ERP).
  • Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify the causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure stock rotation (FIFO, FEFO depending on the products).
  • Ensure the availability of products for production or sales needs.

Supply

  • Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels.
  • Issue purchase requests or alert suppliers in case of imminent shortages.
  • Collaborating with the purchasing department to optimize supply times.
  • Participate in planning needs based on production.

Store organization

  • Organize storage according to safety and hygiene standards (depending on the sector).
  • Optimize storage space and internal workflows.
  • Supervise the storage, labeling, coding and identification of products.
  • Ensure that the handling equipment is functioning correctly.
