Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Missions
Prepare, complete and maintain up-to-date stock records for perpetual inventories.
Utilize requests for materials and supplies.
Prepare the store release slip (BSM).
Trigger the purchase request for unavailable items and for restocking.
Receive the items and create a store receipt slip (SRS).
Ensure that the delivery note and the purchase order are in conformity, as well as the quality of the products.
Prepare the stock activity report (entries, exits, reintegration and stored products).
Participate in physical inventories.
Ensure the implementation of the company's health, safety and environmental program.
To be fully involved in the integrated management system and to keep the documents up to date
Ensure the cleanliness, order and maintenance of the workplace.
Report any anomalies or malfunctions related to the activity to the managers.
