Roles & Responsibilities

Receive, process, and fulfill requests to ensure their timely and accurate processing, aligning with established business needs.

Review and validate all stock management transactions, provide necessary assistance, and track pending transactions to maintain current stock levels.

Execute transactions following specified protocols to ensure accurate and punctual recording, addressing any discrepancies by liaising with relevant parties for resolution.

Prepare regular reports on stock management activities, highlighting key findings and recommendations to senior management.

Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring internal customers' satisfaction by adhering to internal SLAs and promptly addressing requests.

LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Language Proficiency

  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
