Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the physical allocation of equipment and furniture

  • Organize and optimize storage space
  • Monitor stock levels, supervise supplies (receiving orders)
  • Codify software articles
  • Receive purchase orders and ensure the requested materials are prepared
  • Track incoming and outgoing products on inventory software
  • Identify and manage inventory items
  • Oversee the quantitative and qualitative aspect of all receiving actions at the store level
  • Prepare and carry out periodic inventories
  • Classify and archive receipts, copies of delivery notes and purchase orders
  • Ensure the verification of entries and exits manually and physically in coordination with the handlers
  • Check the packaging of the equipment and report any anomalies to your line manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

University Study Specialty: Business Sciences, Economic Sciences, Management Sciences, Computer Science or Technician / Higher Technician Specialty: Accounting and Finance, International Trade, Inventory Management and Logistics.

  • Three (3) years in the field of heritage, purchasing and logistics, finance and accounting.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management methods and logistics flows.
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, ERP, inventory management software).
