Stock Manager

• Receiving goods: checking the quantities, quality and conformity of raw materials upon their arrival.
• Raw material stock management: updating inputs and outputs, ensuring continuous and reliable monitoring.
• Distribution of raw materials to production workshops: prepare and hand over the materials to the workshop managers according to the needs.
• Monitoring actual consumption: compare what has been taken out of stock with the quantities actually used in production.
• Variance control: verify that the consumption of raw materials corresponds to the finished products manufactured, identify any anomalies (losses, errors, thefts).
• Reports and alerts: providing regular reports and real-time updates on stock status to facilitate purchasing and anticipate needs.
• Storage optimization: contributing to improved stock organization, reducing losses and optimizing storage spaces.

Skills and qualities sought:

• High level of rigor, organizational skills and precision.
• Ability to analyze discrepancies and quickly detect problems.
• Proficiency in inventory management tools (spreadsheets, simple software, or adaptable internal training).
• Good communication to coordinate with the workshops and the purchasing department.
• Honesty, reliability and a sense of responsibility.

Desired experience:

• Proven experience in stock management, ideally in an industrial, textile, foam, or similar production environment.
• Basic knowledge of production processes would be an asset.
