Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensures the recording and regular monitoring of stock movements
  • Ensures product coding
  • Reports all anomalies in stock movements (inflows and outflows, etc.)
  • Oversees the operational process of inventory tracking
  • Reports any product immobilization
  • Prepares the inventory activity report
  • Proc to stock analysis
  • Reports and analyzes all anomalies that occur in stores
  • Report any stock shortages
  • Inventory discrepancy analysis
  • R settles disputes that occur in stores
  • Participates in the preparation of documents related to physical inventory counts.
  • Participates in the physical inventory (rotating, permanent, etc.)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Accounting or inventory management diploma.
  • 3-5 years of experience in inventory management.
  • Rigour and availability.
