Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect and record deliveries (quantity, quality, conformity).
- Arrange goods in storage areas according to hygiene and safety rules.
- Carry out stock withdrawals according to internal order forms.
- Keep stock records up to date and participate in periodic inventories.
- Report anomalies, shortages or expired products.
- Collaborate with department heads to anticipate needs.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of office tools (Excel, stock management software).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience desired in a similar position (ideally in the hotel or restaurant industry).
- Good knowledge of food products, maintenance and hotel equipment.
- Sense of organization, rigor and reliability.
