Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To receive, check and record the goods
  • Ensure the storage and organization of products while respecting safety rules.
  • Manage stock inflows and outflows
  • Apply inventory management methods (FIFO, LIFO)
  • Check the conformity of the products before shipment (quantity, quality, documents)
  • Verify that the goods match the commercial documents (purchase order, delivery note, invoice)
  • Monitor stock levels and alert in case of stockouts or overstocking
  • Participate in periodic inventories
  • Collaborating with the teams (production, cutting, transport/logistics)
  • Report any anomalies or non-conformities

  • 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or industrial logistics
  • Desired experience in the field of heavy materials (steel, etc.)
  • Good mastery of computer tools (Excel, ERP)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical and commercial documents
