Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

DUTIES

  • Administering stock control and supervise a regular stock count for warehouses (molding, plastic, trading).
  • Conduct investigations for missing and/or damaged material across different cells.
  • Maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth production.
  • Oversee receiving functions related to purchased material and incoming supplies.
  • Manage and monitor storage of purchased items and material in all cells.
  • Create plans, forecasts, and schedules relating to materials requirements.
  • Work closely with Storekeeper, Procurement and Logistics Specialist to ensure availability of material required for the scheduled project.
  • Monitor quality control and contribute to keeping the warehouse capacity at optimal levels.
  • Update stock in/out transactions in the inventory system accurately and timely.
  • Prepare and issue a monthly stock statement report for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree: Bachelor s degree in Supply chain or Business Administration.
  • Language: Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
  • Experience: +8 years of experience in supply chain and stock management in manufacture industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and supply chain software.
