Job Summary
A Stockroom Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory in a retail store's stockroom or warehouse.

Job Responsibilities
- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks, inspect for damage, and process receipts.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the stockroom, ensuring accurate stock levels and easy access.
- Conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and report any issues to management.
- Retrieve merchandise from the stockroom for store displays, customer orders, or online fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom environment.

Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management and processing.
- Ability to maintain a organized and efficient stockroom environment.
- Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues, management, and customers.
