Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role: This role plays a key part in supporting the EMEA online store by providing hands-on administrative, operational, and customer support. You will help manage the day-to-day activities of our e-commerce operations, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers from accurate product listings to timely order fulfillment. Working closely with the EMEA Online Store Manager, you will contribute to the success and efficiency of our online business across the region

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Review pending orders and customer requests, following up as needed to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction
  • Follow up with customers for administrative purposes and provide troubleshooting assistance related to orders, account status, and other inquiries.
  • Work closely with logistics and order fulfillment teams to coordinate and track timely delivery
  • Follow up with the appropriate AVIAT team to ensure invoices are issued correctly and on time
  • Price new opportunities correctly using established price books.
  • Assist in improving the user interface and overall customer experience on the company s e-commerce platform.
  • Manage workload efficiently, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Complete all assigned training and self-learning activities to support continuous improvement efforts
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering or business
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle administrative and operational tasks accurately
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (logistics, & OF)
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Eager to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional presentation skills; self-starter, cooperative attitude, team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM system is a plus
  • Must be fluent in English, both oral and written. French is a Plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
